Academic Affairs Office Organized a Regular Meeting on Teaching and Learning

Party Secretary and Supervisor Mingyu Tan attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Qian Yang, Director of Academic Affairs Office, and attended by deans of all second-level colleges, vice deans of teaching, chiefs of teaching departments, teaching secretaries, and all staff of Academic Affairs Office, 53 people in total.

At the beginning of the meeting,Yanlian Chen, Huanhuan Xu and Junliang Wang, deputy directors of the Academic Affairs Office, briefed on the teaching operation, teaching practice and teaching construction in their respective areas of work, and also made arrangements for the next step of work. Qian Yang made a summary of the teaching work in October and November, and introduced the arrangement of teaching work at the end of the period and the work focus in 2023.

Next,Huanhuan Xu introduced the biweekly practical training arrangement and requirements of this semester, and shared the relevant annexes of the adjusted course design. In order to better complete the next semester's teaching tasks and scheduling work,Yanlian Chen communicated the content of the next semester's scheduling.

At the meeting, Mingyu Tan made it clear that the basic ideas and main tasks of next year's teaching work should be considered in terms of how to strengthen the cultivation of application ability, how to increase the cultivation of application-oriented talents, and the optimization and adjustment of talent training programs. He pointed out that the teaching management work of the school should be carried out smoothly and orderly, the basic undergraduate teaching norms should be combined with the talent cultivation ideas of the school, and the teaching management should be gradually streamlined and optimized, while the construction of the management team should be strengthened and the management level should be improved.
