Net news (article/ picture Admissions and Employment Office Qiuqing Ye) In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Chongqing Education Commission on the special action of the Secretary and President of colleges and universities visiting enterprises to expand their posts, strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprises, expand employment opportunities, and help our graduates achieve more adequate and higher quality employment, on the afternoon of April 28th, Secretary of the Party Committee and Supervisor Mingshu Tan and his delegation went to Rongchang District to attend the "Chongqing 2022 Talent Supply and Demand Docking Fair between universities and Rongchang National High-tech Zone". This fair is one of the series of municipal coordinated activities jointly sponsored by Chongqing Education Commission, Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Rongchang District Government. A total of 17 high-quality enterprises from Rongchang National High-tech Zone and 15 colleges and universities in Chongqing participated in the negotiation and exchange.

At the meeting, Mingshu Tan discussed and communicated with the participating enterprises, and introduced in detail the university's focus on student development, its adherence to school-enterprise cooperation, the integration of industry and education, and the integration of professional training and information technology. An application-oriented personnel training model of "one center, two integration and three integration" will be implemented, which combines professional education with industry needs, mass entrepreneurship education with professional education, and one-two-three classroom education. After discussion and communication, a total of 8 enterprises have reached cooperation intention with the school, and relevant enterprises plan to recruit graduates of computer, robotics, automation and other related majors of our school. Next, the university will further carry out more in-depth and comprehensive cooperation and exchanges with prospective enterprises, and actively organize enterprises' recruitment and other exchange activities.

Since the launch of the "Special Action of Secretary and Principal Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Positions" in April, the Party and government leaders have personally led and all school leaders have actively participated in leading the secondary colleges and relevant departments to connect all staff, deeply connect with the job market and expand jobs through field visits, discussions and exchanges. The University plans to carry out special actions to further strengthen the complementary advantages of the university and enterprises, promote the optimization of the university's discipline structure and talent training program, and help graduates achieve more adequate and high-quality employment.
